“Pretty Woman: The Musical” is a stage adaptation of the popular 1990 romantic comedy film “Pretty Woman”. Which was directed by Garry Marshall. The musical follows the story of a wealthy businessman named Edward Lewis and a down-on-her-luck Hollywood prostitute named Vivian Ward.
Edward hires Vivian to be his escort for a week while he is in town for business. As they spend more time together, they begin to develop a deep connection and fall in love. The story follows their journey as they navigate the differences in their backgrounds. As well as the challenges that come with their unconventional relationship.
With a blazing rock score from Grammy® winners Bryan Adams and Jim Vallance (Summer of ’69, Heaven), direction and choreography by Tony Award® winner Jerry Mitchell (Kinky Boots, Hairspray) and a book by the original movie’s director Garry Marshall & screenwriter J.F.
